Strategy

The strategy is the most important, therefore I direct my business activities to small (and later to medium) entrepreneurs. One-person service activities, be it from the beauty zone, or from the sports industry, and maybe from the educational sector. It does not matter. It doesn't matter what you know. What you want to sell or maybe you are already selling. What matters is the fact that I believe that when you run your own business and do it with your own hands, there is often no time for other additional activities that increase the number of your customers. Actions that will make your brand be recognized not only at the housing estate but also at the end of the city and above all on the web? Have you ever thought about it? Or is it your dream strategy?

Values / Mission

Professionally, I always wanted to be honest. And that others would be honest with me. I don't like manipulation - because I can't use or recognize it. I don't use influence techniques because it takes too long for me to match it to a given situation. I am professionally open to diversity. For creativity. For a high level of humor. For responsible action but also imaginatively. With a wink. So that the recipient could find the other meaning.

About me

I am writing this text 10 days before my 40th birthday. And not from today, not from now I know that I have to do something that is important. Not just for me. First of all, so that it was important for my loved ones. That it would be perceived as something interesting, prestigious, and certainly responsible. Today I am convinced that it is very responsible to run my own business. Employing people in it. Responding to all institutions and offices (because ignorance of the regulations is not an excuse for mishaps).

Education

I am a production engineer, Master of Human Resources Management and I completed postgraduate studies in sales management. There is a bit of it. But this is only a necessary basis :-)

Several courses, managerial, mentoring, and development training. The last of them are Facebook Elite and Genius Marketing.

Experience

In 1999 I took up my first employment. Part-time at a company that my father started specifically for me. And so since then, I've been climbing the career ladder. Always thinking that I have to alone. Don't ask for help. Don't use connections. Let them not speak, she works here since she knows the boss. The last 15 years have been successful. Today I am proud of it. Proud that I worked under the names of known and valued. Recognizable on the market. I've learned a lot from them. And in which I held important positions. Have a look.
